°~ The Erroneous, Misleading, Misguided, Illusive Stigma in relation to Mental Illness~ Notably; Bipolar Disorder ~¤

There is a huge stigma caused by a chain reaction of people who know nothing about Bipolar Disorder but believe everything they hear! Who do they believe? They believe who they hear which are television reporters, newscasters, attorneys, judges, journalists, investigators and many others who report that someone has been drowned, raped, drugged, suffocated, beaten, tortured, stabbed and Murdered...at the hands of someone suffering from...Bipolar Disorder! I hear it all the time on tv. There is nothing ever said good about BD, just everything bad, horrible and everything in-between. What has this world come to? And since when does everyone come together to form this opinion? We can't all come together to help others but so many can come together and all believe what they hear only.. I guess it would be easier to just believe what we hear rather than learning about what we know nothing about... But the intelligent, warm hearted, giving, kind souls are those who have enough common sense and knowledge to know that you can't judge every book by one cover. To the many countless people who believe only what they hear... hear me now.. A murderer is a murderer, bipolar or not. A murderer is a murderer, whether white, black or brown. A murderer is a murderer and just because bipolar may have been the issue in some cases, that doesn't mean you paint the picture of a killer in your mind for the rest of us. Its an extremely, utterly an asinine excuse to hear so many speak about bipolar as though we are crazy minded criminal individuals. Quit being so inane and wake up bc bipolar is all around you... We are all around you... We are parallel to you. . . Nobody should ever be judged or condemned for the weakness or the wrongdoings of another person. Its as simple as, Treat others the way you want to be treated, dont be an obtuse, nonsensical convert the rest of your life!
